I have worked in Restaurant kitchens throughout the Chicagoland area for over 10 years. I have worked in other people’s kitchens over that same time. I have put together dinners in backyards, dining rooms, living rooms, and diners. I have catered dinner parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, and pop-ups. I create multi-course meals for intimate gatherings. I assemble grazing menus for dozens of people. And I’ve done several events of varying fare, event, vibe, and size.
